Lemon and honey chicken skewers

Fast, sweet and nutty! There canít be an easier (or quicker) recipe than this—and the result is tasty-tasty-tasty!

Youíll need eight wooden skewers. Soak them in cold water before you start.

  • 500g (1 lb) chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Turn your grill on to medium-high.

Slice the chicken into thin strips and thread them zig-zag-wise onto soaked skewers. Lay the skewers on the grill or pan and cook until cooked through—about three minutes. Turn them half-way through.

While the chicken is cooking, mix the lemon juice, the honey, the sesame seeds and the ginger.

When the chicken strips are done, lay them on a plate and pour the lemon-honey mixture over them.
